OUR PARTNERS
MCT
Merseyside Community Training Ltd (MCT) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that cares about Liverpool City Region and is ambitious for its future. MCT is based in Birkenhead and was originally established in 2016 with the primary intent to help the most disadvantaged people from the Wirral community.
To date, MCT have secured a building to house other small social enterprises and aspiring entrepreneurs who share the ambition of working towards a sustainable environment through innovation and creativity.
MCT look to support those most in need into employment, offer business start-up advice, facilitate training and work placements in partnership with the Department of Work & Pensions and Intermediate Labour Market teams across Liverpool City Region.
MCT aspires to change lives for the better through employment support and mentoring and will work for a sustainable future for the Liverpool City Region.

The Silly Goose Foundation
Reagan is a textile artist, fundraiser, and inspiring creative at The Silly Goose Foundation. A lifelong Liverpool FC supporter, her passion for art and design has led her to create Reds-themed sewing pieces that raise money for charity and bring people together. As part of earning her GCSE in textiles, Reagan established her own studio in Birkenhead — a welcoming space for people with special educational needs and those experiencing social isolation.

Her talent and spirit recently earned her a special surprise from Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker, who visited her at the Foundation and even received a sewing lesson from her. She was later invited to Anfield on her birthday, where her work was celebrated on the Kop and she met members of the team.
